Work with Merchandising, Product Development, Auto, Imaging, and Marketing departments to launch and sell TR merchandise online. Including product set up, photography, image faking, copywriting, keywords, dept. assignment, cross-sells, attributes, samples; ensuring consistency of information and accuracy throughout.
- Assist in setting up new components and products for the TR brand
- Assist in onsite product setup including creation, personalization setup, copywriting, merchandising, imaging, and proofing
- Create internal Admin projects for each product to go through imaging process; providing accurate personalization information to the design team
- Coordinate samples for photography, imaging, QC and any other sample requests
- Create and manage the TR sample library
- Maintain website product merchandising including reassorting products when on backorder, moving up products that are featured on homepage and in emails, etc
- Analyze personalization being used by customers to optimize future examples
- Review and analyze component and product performance regularly sharing with TR team to continuously improve the overall assortment and offering
- Assist in component and product ideation for development and creation
- Accurately measure components and update descriptions
- Create digital tools and resources to assist in tracking business including sample requests, personalization setup status, email and photography product selection, etc.
- Research competitors based on seasons and holidays
Experience/Education:
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Fashion/Product Design & Development, Merchandising, or Business desired or will consider equivalent work experience
- Experience: 1-2 years of merchandising, buying, or product development experience. Experience in retail industry a plus.
Location: must be in Chicago area and able to work from Burr Ridge, IL office at least 3 days a week.
